We can also pre-test suspicious areas with tools designed to locate odors such as urine. All chemicals used to remediate odors are non-toxic and non-residual. We highly recommend a free onsite estimate in these situations to assess the process required to remediate the odor. We are extremely honest, if the cost to remediate the odor is close to or more than the cost to replace the carpet, we will tell you.
