5 Step Professional Process for Carpets, Area Rugs, Upholstery:

ESTIMATE & PRE-INSPECTION: Our first step is to do a Free In-Home Estimate and Pre-Inspection for colourfastness and the condition of the carpeting or upholstery fabric. Your quote is based on this.
MOVE & PROTECT FURNITURE: We will move light furniture items out of the way and protect legs with foil or put on styrofoam blocks.
PRE-SPRAY: The next step is to apply our earth-friendly Pre-Spray. This is a biodegradable pretreatment product containing natural minerals to enhance the cleaning power of water. Products are 100% natural food additive ingredients, 100% environmentally sustainable and powerful enough to handle any cleaning job.
RINSE: The fourth step is to thoroughly Rinse out the Pre-Spray and all dirt using superheated, oxygenated water.
DRY & GROOM: The final step is to groom carpets & rugs with rakes to realign the carpeting and help with drying. Drying time is 1 – 3 hours on average.
