VOC Certified Test Report

"MicroSeal meets the strictest VOC environmental standards in the United States – ZERO VOC's when dry"

Stain Resistance Test
The WoolSafe Organization in Otley, England

Summary: "MicroSeal meets the stringent testing standards of The WoolSafe Organization."

Aerospace Permanency/Wear Resistance Test

"One of the world's largest and most prestigious aerospace companys typically installs 100% wool carpeting in their Jet Interiors. The average carpet life-time of their leased jets is 18 months. The average carpet life-time of the same leased jet with MicroSeal is close to 30 months."

SAI in Savannah, GA has over 20 years in the industry, maintains a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code as a registered vendor for the U.S. government through Central Contracting Registration (CCR).

Aerospace Permanency Test

"In 20 years of servicing aircraft I have never had to reapply MicroSeal. In fact I can tell when I'm cleaning a dado panel that has been treated in the past – it's much easier to get the stain out. Some of these are planes I treated ten years ago." "How many times are these aircraft (leased gulfstream Jets) actually cleaned each year?…"They don't clean them as often as they should, probably only 2 or 3 times per year. In the past (before the economic downturn) they cleaned them every 6 weeks, then every 3 months. Now it has gone to only 2 or 3 times per year".

Aerospace Permanency and Stain Resistance Tests
Performed by Airline Engineers

Photo above shows Airline Engineers testing MicroSeal for permanency (survived dry-cleaning), safety (burn test) and for common every day spills – Red wine, coffee, pop, orange juice and milk. In this test MicroSeal proved superior when compared to two other well known fabric protectors. The engineers approved the use of MicroSeal for their Boeing 777 fleet.

Mildew Resistance Tests

"The Mildew Test (above) involves MicroSealed (left) and Untreated (right) fabric samples. There was no texture or color change and one could not tell the difference until after the test. When water is poured into the bowl, only the untreated sample absorbs the water."

"Mildew reduction was really just a side benefit that our customers reported on the many jobs we did over the years. MicroSeal was first found to reduce mildew in the Hawaiian market. At one time we had done almost that complete island and where mildew had been a problem it wasn't after our MicroSeal treatments. That was the one benefit that was most important to the hotel and restaurant owners since that was the main reason that they were replacing their fabrics. You might say our test reports were from the thousands of jobs we have done over the years and the positive customer reports concerning our product reduced mildew. Personally that is one of the best test reports you can get in my opinion."
